   It works great once you find your technique. Mine is to wrap the middle of your waist first , then wrap around the bottom, then upper waist and continue up. It's snug and comfy. Or I can go super tight sexy which is not as comfortable but not nearly as bad as wires poking me all day. I like the having the choice without having to buy 5 different girdles. Plus the results are quick. My husband thought I was wearing it when I wasn't week one. I went from apple body to snatched and I haven't had it a month yet.

   So let's talk right fast, it's super long allowing you to wrap all the torso fat you can see🤦🏾‍♀️. Super sturdy material and it does NOT roll down when seated or being active. Wore it while doing my afternoon run and it did what needed to be done. I was a sweaty mess when I came in 🥵🥵🥵. Depending on the material of your clothes it can be seamless but not with the thin win clothes that's "in style" nowadays 🤣🤣.    I’m 5ft tall weighting 150lbs and I was so hoping that this would give me that snatch waistline look, but it doesn’t. The workout pants I’m wearing gives me that snatched waistline look. This just looks bulky on me. I’ll still continue to wear it underneath T-shirts and jeans but definitely not going out clothes. I’ve even worn it while running/walking. I can adjust it to be as tight as I want or loose as I want. I’m not able to eat anything while wearing it and I definitely do sweat. I give this product a thumbs up because it will help you slim down

   I’ve spent so much money buying shapewear and abdominal boards to help with my FUPA in clothes. This is the only thing I need with a smoothing shapewear dress and I’m wearing dresses in my closet that I couldn’t before. If you’re FUPA is the problem you only need this and a shapewear dress or high waisted shorts to hide the wrap underneath. Don’t waist your money buying anything else.

I was hesitant to get it from this seller initially as Nowhere from previous reviews and seller description I could see the feature allowing you to make a loop before wrapping the belt But it does have it.
